Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.
- You'll receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Within Australia
- Standard shipping: AU$4.95
- Free standard shipping on all Australian orders of AU$75 or more.
- Estimated delivery: 7–14 business days.
International Shipping
We ship to selected international destinations.
Estimated delivery: 7–21 business days, depending on your location and customs processing.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking information.

Delivery Delays
Occasionally, deliveries may take longer due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak shipping periods.
