Orders & Shipping
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Shipping is free on all Australian orders, with no minimum spend required.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery across Australia takes approximately 5–10 business days. Some orders may take up to 15 business days depending on your location and supplier availability. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has shipped.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to selected countries outside Australia. International shipping is AU$20 flat rate. Delivery times vary by destination — allow 10–21 business days for international orders.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. If you haven’t received tracking details within 4 business days of ordering, please contact us at support@glowwellstore.co.
My order hasn’t arrived — what should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within 15 business days (Australia) or 25 business days (international), please contact us and we’ll investigate immediately. We will resolve lost or missing orders with a replacement or refund.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return period from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
How do I start a return?
Email us at support@glowwellstore.co with your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the process.
Can I return an opened product?
For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on items that have been opened and used, unless the product is faulty or arrived damaged.
My item arrived damaged or faulty. What happens?
Contact us at support@glowwellstore.co within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — your choice.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived faulty or damaged, or we made an error with your order.
Payments & Checkout
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. PayPal is also available at checkout. All transactions are processed in AUD.
Is checkout secure?
Yes. Our checkout is hosted and secured by Shopify, one of the world’s most trusted ecommerce platforms. All payment information is encrypted with SSL.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. If you have a discount code, enter it at checkout before completing your order. Only one discount code can be applied per order.
Products
Are your products safe to use?
All GlowWell products are designed for general adult at-home use. We recommend reading the included user guide before first use. If you have a medical condition, skin sensitivity, or are pregnant, please consult a qualified health professional before use.
How do I care for my GlowWell product?
Care instructions vary by product and are included in the packaging. As a general rule: wipe surfaces with a soft, damp cloth after each use, avoid submerging in water unless the product is rated waterproof, and store in a cool, dry place.
What warranty do GlowWell products come with?
All products are covered by our 30-day return period and our faulty item replacement policy. If a product develops a fault within 30 days of delivery, contact us and we’ll resolve it.
Are your products available in-store?
Currently, GlowWell products are only available online at glowwellstore.co.

How do I contact GlowWell?
Email us at support@glowwellstore.co or use our contact form. We respond within 24 hours, Monday to Friday (ACST).
I haven’t received a response — what should I do?
Check your spam or junk folder first. If you still can’t find a reply within 48 hours of contacting us, email us again and include your original message.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at support@glowwellstore.co. We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order is dispatched, but cannot guarantee cancellation once processing has begun.
