GlowWell Refund Policy

We want you to love your GlowWell products. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, opened skincare tools or devices that have been used cannot be returned unless faulty.

Faulty or damaged items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days at fgstradersptyltd@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or we made an error.
